- Equipment owners serving the Port of Baltimore.
Eligible Equipment
- Meets a usage rate of 1,000 hours per year or more.
- Applicants must complete an application and provide copies of documentation(including certification of usage rate, proposed costs and details about the new engines).
- Unregulated - Tier 2 spark and compression ignition engines.
2004 or newer ~ 0-50HP
1994 or newer ~ 51-300HP
1984 or newer 301+ HP
